- If design is a Guest Design for a closed species, any edits are allowed without needing to ask.
- Please do not use my designs or artwork for commercial usage unless an agreement was made with me.
- Repeatedly breaking the rules, trying to convince others to break my rules, or any other unwanted behavior may result in ban from buying my designs/commissions all together.

By buying one you’re purchasing my labor and only a partial right to a design. I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion.- I claim all rights to the Intellectual Property, but I will not reuse/resell the design again for personal and commercial projects.
- I reserve the right to decline a custom proposal if my queue is full, it isn't a request I can fulfill, or if the subject matter is harmful in any form.
- I reserve the right to modify and resell any rejected/refunded designs to be sold at a later date.Commissioned Artwork
By commissioning me, you’re purchasing my artist labor only. *Character Designs
Character Adoptables are purchased designs which you can use to make your own character.You may name the character, create a personality and background information for the character as well as make design changes, create a world for them, and involve them in personal stories. However you may not edit/alter the original art for the design without permission.
*Reposting Commission Work
- You are allowed to repost commissions specifically done for you in character galleries (such as Toyhou.se or other personal character websites) or crop for thumbnails and icons.

*Character Designs
-You are not allowed to use my art for profit in any way.
-You are not allowed to include my designs in games/comics/videos/books and other mass media consumed materials for profit. (unless royalties are discussed; not currently open for this)
-You may make the following for profit featuring the character you have purchased, so long as they are made in limited quantity, and the art is created by you or another artist who gave you permission to use their work in such a way:Stickers

Occasion-related cards such has holiday cards, postcards, and birthday cards
Charms-Anything not on the list above will not be allowed.
♥Reselling*Character Designs
- Please do not sale designs more than you bought it for. Exceptions to this are as followed: - Cost includes commissioned work - Guest Designs for Pouflons- Communicated with me about an emergency situation and received approval
- You're allowed to resale a design even if traded for as long as it has an original monetary value that it was sold at.*Do not sale the following (No exceptions):
-Designs from me you received as a gift
-Designs from me you received for free♥Customs/Commissions
- You may request for WIPs or updates on progress.
- You can ask for a refund if I have not started on your commission/custom.
- If you ask for a refund after I have started, depending on how far I’ve gotten along on your custom/commission, you may get 10% to 80% back. Once I finished a commission, there are no refunds.
- Feel free to ask for any changes to your design/commission if I am still in the sketching/lining stage.Topics and Themes:
- I do not accept commissions involving themes that are explicit in violence/gore/sexual themes.
- I reserve the right to decline commission proposals that have themes that touch sensitive topics or contain offensive themes such as hate, racism toward real-life races, and the like.*Licensed Characters and Franchises
- I will not create designs heavily referenced from licensed characters such as comic book characters, TV characters, and so on.♥Other Rules
*Bidding
- Please reply to “Bid here” or “Bid here for #” comments to place bids
- Dropping out of an auction without giving me a good excuse as to why may result in penalties, such as the ones listed below. (this may vary on a case-by-case basis)
-First offense: A warning and a bit distrust in you going through with your bid on a later auction/offer set.
- Second offense: Will not count your bid for the next few sets and may not count you for set price sets.
- Third offense: Ban from auctions/offer sets for a certain amount of time (if not indefinitely).
- Fourth offense: Ban from all adopt sets indefinitely.♥Live Streaming Rules
- Please do not tell me when/what to draw unless requested.- No advertising in my stream without permission.- Keep personal manners between me or other watchers out of the chat.- Be civil and respect other watchers
- Any designs made in stream are not available or free unless mentioned otherwise.
